I’ve led creative teams, partnered closely with clients and stakeholders, and remained hands-on in the work itself, which is something I’ve always valued. Being close to the craft helps ensure ideas stay grounded and execution stays thoughtful.

What continues to motivate me is a deep passion for design and creative problem solving: working closely with others, asking the right questions, and refining ideas through collaboration.
